More than 300 students of the Primary School "Gornja Jablanica" in Medveđa now have better conditions for education after the renovation of the school, which was built more than four decades ago. The project in Medveđa is one of 39 local infrastructure projects in the regions of Šumadija and Western Serbia and Southern and Eastern Serbia that the European Union supports through the EU PRO Plus programme with more than six million Euros in order to improve the quality of life of people through the renovation and reconstruction of educational, health and social care institutions, sports and cultural facilities, as well as the improvement of communal services and public administration buildings.
