The enterprise is engaged in the production and processing of brass, stainless steel, aluminium, steel, titanium and plastic elements. The grant will be utilised to procure production equipment in order to increase production capacities and range of products and generate new employments. Immediately job three new jobs will be created and another five subsequently. The enterprise will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities which will include educational activities and vocational training for young employees.

The paper (various paper items) production enterprise will procure equipment to enable the automation of the towel production process resulting in an increase in production volume and consequently better business results. The production currently employs 84 workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts and additional 12 within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of products to the Lapovo Red Cross and to the local primary school.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

The GIS project in the neighbouring municipalities of Rača, Batočina and Lapovo will enhance inter-municipal cooperation for efficient urban and spatial planning and management of communal infrastructure. Additionally the separate applications will be developed for the management of public property in Rača, for agriculture - beekeeping and effective flood management in Batočina and application for the promotion of working zones in the municipality of Lapovo. This will enhance overall socio-economic development.
