The enterprise is engaged in shoemaking and a large part of the products consist of hand-stitched shoes. The grant will be utilised to procure new machines which will modernise the production process, improve the quality and increase productivity. The new equipment will support the enterprise in reaching a new stage of development in which it will be able to produce the final product in house and decrease dependence on external suppliers. This will open the doors for foreign markets and immediately creation three new jobs and another four subsequently. The enterprise will be conducting corporate social responsibility which will include cleaning the riverbed of a local river and donation of shoes to socially disadvantaged children in cooperation with the local kindergarten.

The entrepreneur is engaged in collecting and processing forest fruits and wild edible mushrooms. Through the grant, equipment for processing mushrooms and forest fruits will be purchased. This investment will enable the production of final products, which will increase revenue and improve the market position. Moreover, two new jobs will be created immediately and another five in the long term. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that include the donation of school kits to children from vulnerable families as well as donation of food products to families living in remote areas.

The footwear production (upper parts of shoes) entrepreneur will procure new leather press and sewing machines. The production currently employs one worker while resulting job creation is one immediate post and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of slippers to children from the Primary School in Trgovište.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

The construction of 1316 metre-long sewage network in the Žabljak settlement and its connection to the waste water treatment plant Trgovište will contribute to improving the quality of life of the local population by enhancing the environmental and sanitary conditions. In Žabljak, 27 households will be connected to the system, while the Public Utility Company will increase revenue from sanitary water billing by five percent.
