The entrepreneur is engaged in production of wood elements used by wood furniture manufacturers for production of tables, chairs and the kitchens. The grant will be utilised to procure a CNC woodworking machine, band saw sharpening machine and other equipment in order to increase the production capacity, reduce the costs of production and create two new jobs immediately and another one in the long term. The entrepreneur will be implementing corporate social responsibility activities that will include the donation of a part of school inventory to the local elementary school and kindergarten.

The entrepreneur produces souvenirs and wooden, copper and glass products will procure equipment for engraving, cutting of different materials and product branding resulting in increased productivity and a larger range of products. The production currently employs two workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donations to an orphanage, engaging orphans in creative activities and subsequently organising a fundraising exhibition.

The wood (cutlery) production enterprise will procure CNC wood processing machine, laser engraver and wood finishing machine for production of items for food preparation and serving in order to increase efficiency, productivity and quality of their products. The production currently employs one worker while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of 3D printing equipment for two high schools and one primary school in the Rasinski District.

The metal processing and coating (plasticising metal and aluminium materials) micro enterprise will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) metal laser cutting machine resulting in increase in production capacity and product quality. The production currently employs three workers while immediate job creation is significant with three new jobs and additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial donation to the preschool institution "Nata Veljković" Kruševac. The CSR activities also include professional training for two students of the final year of the Secondary Mechanical Electrical Engineering School in Kruševac.

The entrepreneur engaged in production of construction carpentry (PVC/ALU joinery) will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine and equipment for cutting and welding that will improve quality and efficiency. The production currently employs eight workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages reparation and replacement of doors in the local high school.

The wood (furniture) production enterprise will procure a machine for cutting and processing of planks and a machine for production of wooden parts in order to increase production capacities and to introduce a new product - different types of chairs. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is one immediate post and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of furniture to a school for primary and secondary education of children with disabilities, as well as reparation of benches to the nursing home yard, which would improve the working conditions and environment for the beneficiaries of these institutions.

The metal processing (production of machine parts and sets) micro enterprise will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe that will increase quality, quantity, efficiency and productivity. The production currently employs one worker while immediate job creation is one new job and additional six within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages provision of scholarships for the children of newly engaged employees.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

Kruševac City and Aleksinac Municipality have already established GIS, hardware and software, collected and uploaded geospatial data, spatial and urban plans generated and trained personnel already exist. The additional development requires procurement of specialised application to create mechanisms for management and monitoring of public property, which will ensure reduction of maintenance costs and provision of better services of local administration.
