Total indicative budget: 10,000,000 Euros
Overall Objective: Contribute to socio-economic development through improved development planning, and to introduce the integrated territorial investment concept in the Regions of Šumadija and Western Serbia, and Southern and Eastern Serbia.
Specific Objective: Support in addressing territorial/sustainable urban development challenges through implementation of integrated projects deriving from territorial strategies, while building the capacities of the local and regional stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
Cities and municipalities and regional development agencies that are included in 12 territories that have developed territorial strategies within the EU PRO Plus programme can apply with strategic projects resulting from these strategies. Additionally, where justified, other local or regional bodies and organisations may also apply but within a mandatory partnership with the city or municipality, and additionally, in the case of a wider territory, with the regional development agency.
The twelve above mentioned territories include:
Five wider territories - urban areas:

Кragujevac with municipalities of Aranđelovac, Batočina, Кnić, Lapovo, Rača and Topola;

Niš with municipalities of Gadžin Han, Merošina and Svrljig;

Pirot with municipalities of Babušnica, Bela Palanka and Dimitrovgrad;

Užice with municipalities of Bajina Bašta, Čajetina, Požega and Priboj;

Zaječar with municipalities of Boljevac, Кnjaževac and Sokobanja;
Seven narrower territories - urban areas: Bor, Кruševac, Leskovac, Loznica, Novi Pazar, Smederevo, Šabac
Scope of the Call and value of support:
LOT 1: Infrastructure and other works, procurement of equipment and measures that enable broad consultation, participation, capacity building and training, etc.
Value of support per individual project:

200,000 - 1,500,000 Euros in case of wider territories

100,000 - 500,000 Euros in case of narrower territories
LOT 2: Development of documentation relevant for increasing the level of maturity and readiness for implementation of strategic projects within territorial strategies.

The Urban Area Development Council is to make a decision on the project proposals to be submitted within the call that are previously selected from the broader list of the strategic projects proposed by the working group for the strategy development
